Some leaders of the Yellowtard-led Babae Ako campaign may try their best to disassociate their cause with the "Dilawans". But hard as they try, that's just not gonna happen seeing how their own idiot members inadvertently put a damper on the ascendancy of the cause thanks to their tunnel-visioned partisan fixations. This is evident in the ironic memes they send out one of which is this one which is clearly misogynistic in intent...



The offensiveness of this meme moved one of the Babae Ako members to tweet...

Who made this? Call out Mocha Uson but don't slut shame her. We have to fight. We have been deemed and made to feel powerless so many of us think this is okay. We have to go thru the process of unlearning, and learning empowerment.

Indeed. Whoever made that meme should step forward, own up, and apologise. Only this way can whatever is left of people's respect for the Babae Ako "movement" be earned back.

Reporters Karen Lema and Manuel Mogato of @Reuters LIED about the Duterte "Hitler" quote

The oh-so-noble journalists are at it again, this time, with Duterte’s Hitler comment. I am no Duterte fanatic. I criticize him more scathingly than anyone when his mouth is out of line. But this time, Duterte really didn’t say anything wrong. The real culprits behind the fuss over his Hitler comment are Karen Lema and Manuel Mogato, two Filipino reporters of the Reuters news agency, who wrote this article: “ Philippines’ Duterte likens himself to Hitler, wants to kill millions of drug addicts ”. Lema and Mogato are Filipinos. There’s no way they could have misunderstood what Duterte really meant in his speech. I watched the video and this is what the President said: “Hitler massacred 3 million Jews. There are 3 million drug addicts. I’d be happy to slaughter them. At least, if Germany had Hitler, the Philippines would have ….. my victims, all criminals, to finish a problem of my country, and save the next generation.” (See for yourself here . NAIA GM Jose Angel Honrado makes fool of himself in Senate hearing!

NAKAKAHIYA I watched Bodet Honrado's performance before the Senate. It's clear that the job of NAIA Gen Manager is too big for him. He is out of place there and should be yanked out before more damage is done to passengers, airlines, tourism, the economy and the country's reputation.  The lesson here is quite basic. Place people in key positions whose qualifications, experience and track record fit the job.
