Florin Hilbay humours Sereno's butthurt plan to oust next Supreme Court Chief Justice and shoots his own foot in the process

Yellowtard legal eagle Florin Hilbay revealed recently that never-had-been-chief-justice Lourdes Sereno has the option to file a quo warranto case against whoever becomes the next Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Former Solicitor General Florin Hilbay, one of Sereno's lawyers, on Saturday said she has the option to file a quo warranto case against the new chief justice who will succeed her. 
He said that would be "one of the many possibilities" that the ousted Supreme Court chief justice can look into if "she truly believes she is unlawfully removed."

In stating so, Hilbay pretty much acknowledges that the quo warranto pathway used to void Sereno's appointment is a legal option which makes Sereno's removal from the office she now never occupied a legitimate outcome.

The bigger point here is in the childish behaviour Sereno is exhibiting by suggesting that she is considering various options to make trouble for the next Chief Justice. That's not even being vindictive. That's just being butthurt.

The oh-so-noble journalists are at it again, this time, with Duterte’s Hitler comment. I am no Duterte fanatic. I criticize him more scathingly than anyone when his mouth is out of line. But this time, Duterte really didn’t say anything wrong. The real culprits behind the fuss over his Hitler comment are Karen Lema and Manuel Mogato, two Filipino reporters of the Reuters news agency, who wrote this article: “ Philippines’ Duterte likens himself to Hitler, wants to kill millions of drug addicts ”. Lema and Mogato are Filipinos. There’s no way they could have misunderstood what Duterte really meant in his speech. Filipinos least rude in the world my ass!

Am I being a crab if I thought that the Philippines as the least rude country in a recent survey is complete and utter bullsh*t?  If you think about it, maybe we are very polite and cordial, to foreigners, as long as we can keep milking money from them.   Actually, this isn't even being polite; it's being called sipsip and switik.   Once they run out of money or just stop spending it on us, and especially once they criticize us constructively and give us tips on how to improve, we immediately say that the Joes are stupid and that they should all go home. Leni Robredo is like a cancerous tumor who needs to be removed as soon as possible. As long as she’s occupying the VP post, our country won’t be able to move forward. This is karmic justice at work. Duterte just happens to be the channel that the universe used to send back to De Lima what she dished out to others. How can De Lima cry foul and accuse Duterte of character assassination, after what she and her yellow master did to Gloria Arroyo, Angelo Reyes, Chief Justice Corona, VP Binay, and Duterte himself?
