Google+ turning out to be an empty room?

Perhaps the initial impressive  surge of sign ups on G+ was just a case of curious early adaptor. But it's beginning to beg evident that very few people have the time to manage more than one it two social networks in their lives. Adding another one that is basically just a small improvement on the incumbent may simply not be worth the effort.

Reporters Karen Lema and Manuel Mogato of @Reuters LIED about the Duterte "Hitler" quote

The oh-so-noble journalists are at it again, this time, with Duterte’s Hitler comment. I am no Duterte fanatic. I criticize him more scathingly than anyone when his mouth is out of line. But this time, Duterte really didn’t say anything wrong. The real culprits behind the fuss over his Hitler comment are Karen Lema and Manuel Mogato, two Filipino reporters of the Reuters news agency, who wrote this article: “ Philippines’ Duterte likens himself to Hitler, wants to kill millions of drug addicts ”. Lema and Mogato are Filipinos. There’s no way they could have misunderstood what Duterte really meant in his speech. I watched the video and this is what the President said: “Hitler massacred 3 million Jews. There are 3 million drug addicts. I’d be happy to slaughter them. At least, if Germany had Hitler, the Philippines would have ….. my victims, all criminals, to finish a problem of my country, and save the next generation.” (See for yourself here . Critics of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte who have trained their crosshairs on easy target Isabelle Duterte should check out this photo of early Yellowtards "disrespecting" the seal of the President of the Philippines. Herein is exhibit the inconsistency inherent in a focus not just on people but on partisanism rather than bigger over-arching issues of national consequence. Sooner or later, one factoid or another emerged that easily discredits the superficial position petty "activism" encourages its players to take just to one-up the other. In the case of this incriminating photo, the argument is quite straightforward. Yellowtards disrespected the Philippines' presidential seal first .

Essayist Sarah Kendzior accuses Duterte of being a 'mass murderer' of 'his own citizens'

In a tweet posted on the 15th November 2017, popular essayist Sarah Kendzior described Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte as a man who "orders the mass murder of his own citizens". Kendzior seems to have impressive credentials as laid out in the About section of her website... I am currently an op-ed columnist for the Globe and Mail, where I focus on US politics. I also am the US correspondent for the Dutch news outlet De Correspondent. Previously I was an op-ed columnist for Al Jazeera English, where I wrote about exploitation, particularly in higher education, the diminishing opportunities of America’s youth, and gentrification.
