Contrary to the way Big Yellow Media and International Media have portrayed events of recent days, the reality is BBM is NOT CONCEDING.  I have learned just now in good authority that this is so.  The focus right now is on gathering and documenting evidence and testimonies of electoral fraud.  Much has already been gathered and more are coming.  Please continue to be extra vigilant and engaged as these days are ultra critical while there is not yet a VP proclamation. I also want to take issue with all the news stories that say Senator BBM has lost the election.  This is not objectively true.  If a proper recount is done taking into consideration all issues and instances of fraud, Marcos Jr. is by all accounts and as reported by all third party exit polls, the TRUE WINNER.  These stories on mainstream media are just way too premature and profoundly wrong.  Please do not believe them.  Stay tuned here to know what is really going on in this developing story. The maximum expenditure a candidate for Vice President is Php 10 per voter. With 55.7 million voters, that wouls be 557 million. Robredo spent around 406 million for ads alone from February 9 to April 27. Now this is interesting. According to final canvass, the total number of undervotes were 3.9 million and missing votes were 700k for a total of 4.6 million votes unaccounted for. That is 4.6 million votes! Electoral sabotage is a crime not only against a losing candidate but against the voters. A cheated candidate also means a cheated electorate. Thus, I find it hard to fathom why the cost of electoral protest is so prohibitive and has to be shouldered by the protestant. This effectively prohibits those without money to wage a protest. I also could not understand why it should take a long time.  What good is a protest if it gets resolved only days before the next election. This is one area for electoral reform that can be a disincentive for cheating. Make the cost affordable, if not free. And make the process speedy. And jail the cheats and disqualify them from holding future office. And have them refund the state all their salaries and benefits during their undeserved term. Ma.Victoria V. Ferro provided me an analysis made by an associate  of hers who requested to remain anonymous on the election results on a precinct basis, and this is what was revealed. There were many precincts that had more than 90 percent turn-out.  A turn-out like this indicates voters that are eager to vote and have a high degree of enthusiasm. What's wrong is that neither Marlon Garcia nor his assistant is supposed to have access privileges on Comelec's machines. Another update from our own investigation. You may already be aware of the different explanations given by different people coming across from the IT sector. Dismissing the possible fact of election fraud. Do not be fooled by these people who claimed to be IT experts stating that they have full trust in Smartmatic's claims on a full proof VCM. A credible informant provided us with raw data of the election results for us to analyze. This doesn't only cover for the speculation in the VP race but also includes all public offices being contested. We will begin to conduct a project to analyze the data provided and publish our findings and the source code used publicly for transparency. They launched a code inside COMELEAK CENTRAL triggered approximately around 10:00PM or earlier on May 9, 2016 whose instructions are to SWAP THE VOTING CHANNELS between ROXAS and POE and between BBM and ROBREDO. WHAT IS THE EFFECT YOU ASK? All succeeding votes of Poe will go to Roxas and vice versa. Then all succeeding votes of BBM will go to Robredo and vice versa. That is the reason why Poe and Roxas' numbers got swapped around 10:10PM since they are so close with a 1% margin of difference and Roxas keeps climbing in percentages in a very unnatural way. The Robredo camp gave an explanation that the reason why Marcos took an early lead is that his bailiwicks where the first that were transmitted.  David Yap and I find this explanation unsatisfactory. Let us zero in on the 75% transmission when there was a glitch, after which Robredo began to overtake Marcos If the argument is that prior to 75% transmission, Marcos bailiwicks constituted the bulk of the votes, then shouldn't the increases in his lead have tapered off as the transmission rate neared 75%? In fact, this was not the case. The increases in Marcos lead over Robredo were steady from 1% to 75% transmission levels.  Now, if we assume that the Marcos bailiwick size to be at approximately 30% to 35%, then simple logic will dictate that such would have been exhausted long before the 75% mark. I am working in tandem with David Yap, Professor of Statistics of Ateneo de Manila University.  He has conducted some serious number crunching on the unofficial results in the VP Race.  He does the Stat, and I do the political analysis. These are the initial results of David's analysis. 1.  At the 75 percent mark of transmissions, a glitch happened when for a while no transmission was received.  And then when it resumed, Robredo overtook Marcos. 2.  They say that the entry of returns are randomized.  However, if it is randomized, how come the marginal increases in the numbers are almost uniform every one percent. 3.  An analysis conducted on the gaps or margins between selected candidate pairs (Marcos-Robredo, Marcos-Escudero, Marcos-Cayetano, Robredo-Cayetano, Robredo-Escudero) indicate that the gaps between candidates are almost uniform for all, except for one important thing--it is only in the Marcos-Robredo gap that there was an inversion of the trend, where prior to

Even if Duterte (or anyone else) has all the right answers… Even if he (or anyone else) is the leader that the Philippines needs to get out of whatever rut 30 years of "freedom" left us in… Even if he is elected by a landslide majority… … he won't make an impact in Philippine society.
