'Pieta' photographer Raffy Lerma accuses Philippine Police of murder! 😱
In his hurry to paint the Philippine police as an organisation of cold-blooded murderers, it seems "photojournalist" Raffy Lerma issued some serious allegations that he may not be able to prove. Bobi Tiglao writes in his Manila Times column today...
It was the photographer Lerma who would write four days later, referring to the victim: “It was the third extra-judicial killing of suspected drug pushers that I covered on the graveyard shift last week.” Extra-judicial killing is defined as executions by the police or other state agents of suspected criminals without the sanction of a court.
(Refer to Inquirer article The story behind the viral photo authored by Lerma)
Be careful with the use of the term "extrajudicial killing" next time, Mr. Lerma.
Lerma should be fired for false reporting!
ReplyDeleteHe is no longer considered as a Photographer, he is now demoted to a Putangrapher!!! Prostituting his career as a photo journalist!
ReplyDeleteUtak Dilawan kasi!!! :P
Kailangan ayusin ni Raffy itong statement: ”Extra-judicial killing is defined as executions by the police or other state agents of suspected criminals without the sanction of a court."
ReplyDeleteIf the killers were actually in uniform, what is important is the motives. Alam natin na meron din criminal elements na officers din. If their "mission" was primarily carried out to serve other interests, hindi 'yan EJK.
Let me try to bring this argument down to Grade 3 level:
If someone wearing a McDonald's uniform (or even just employed by the chain and naked for all I care) murdered someone, would that then qualify as a McDonald's-sponsored killing?
