As a Filipino, I had to fight and resist the urge to gape, gawk.. even pry into events that do not involve me in any way. For the most part, I seem, now, to be winning this game. Duterte is an awful candidate… Unfortunately the rest are worse – not including Miriam because she's not in the equation anymore. I am just curious though… Why are most Filipinos following rules abroad a lot more than they do in the Philippines? Do they automatically decide to change once they step foot in another country?
