Contrary to the way Big Yellow Media and International Media have portrayed events of recent days, the reality is BBM is NOT CONCEDING.  I have learned just now in good authority that this is so.  The focus right now is on gathering and documenting evidence and testimonies of electoral fraud.  Much has already been gathered and more are coming.  Please continue to be extra vigilant and engaged as these days are ultra critical while there is not yet a VP proclamation. I also want to take issue with all the news stories that say Senator BBM has lost the election.  This is not objectively true.  If a proper recount is done taking into consideration all issues and instances of fraud, Marcos Jr. is by all accounts and as reported by all third party exit polls, the TRUE WINNER.  These stories on mainstream media are just way too premature and profoundly wrong.  Please do not believe them.  Stay tuned here to know what is really going on in this developing story. By working so, so hard just to silence Mocha Uson who shares the very same rights you do, you are becoming the very same thing you claim to hate: a fascist, sexist, pseudo-intellectual who can't even recognize oppression and censorship the way a person can't find his glasses when he's clearly holding it in his hand. You don't like her opinions? Then engage. Reply to her posts, post your own status, correct her errors, and work hard to counter her arguments. But most of all, work on ground. Arouse, mobilize, and organize. Because that's exactly what Mocha is doing outside of Facebook, something that some of you are far too lazy to do yourselves. You say you fight so hard for a functioning democracy, but you can't even acknowledge that part of a functioning democracy is having space for dissent. An open letter to CNN on their reporting on the #YolandaPH disaster in the Philippines

This "open letter" was found making the rounds on social media: * * * Dear Sirs: I just wanted to make some comments on the reporting of the CNN International crew here in Manila, regarding the relief efforts for the victims of super-typhoon Haiyan (which we locally call typhoon Yolanda). First, full disclosure: I am a retired Filipino executive and computer person. I was born in the Philippines and spent all my life here (save for some very short overseas stints connected with my career). I have worked with a large local Philippine utility, started up several entrepreneurial offshore software service companies (when outsourcing was not yet in vogue), and also served as the Philippine country head for a multi-billion dollar Japanese computer company. How well the RH Bill will be executed or complied with is an issue that becomes relevant down the track @paulfarol

I agree with what @paulfarol says about the blanket presumption surrounding the proposed reproductive health services articulated in the RH Bill(s) being debated in Congress which he summarised thus... RH services will 'lead' to better health for women and children, encourage 'ideal' family size - which can be 2 or more. Which puts a caveat on the the notion that passing the RH Bill will necessarily induce reduction in population growth rates (which, personally, I think is the whole point of passing such a law in a Third World country like the Philippines where every baby born subtracts rather than adds value to the economy ). However (and I might be mistaken in my interpretation here), the following, it seems, are the main pillars of Paul's argument that the RH Bill should not be passed (considering the provisions supposedly contained in it that paves the way for government procurement of contraceptive devices and the dole out of these to the Filipino multitude).....
