What is it about Noynoy's 2011 SONA that's got people searching like crazy?

I read somewhere that Noynoy's SONA is trending worldwide and just seeing the traffic stats on our blogs, a lot of traffic is coming in from searches for the keywords "Noynoy", "SONA", "July 25 2011", etc. People seem to be hungry for more information about Noynoy's SONA! What is driving this hunger?

    are you a filipino? if yes, the answer should be obvious, if not...

    The filipinoes want to know the top public servant's report. We filipinoes want to know if our elected official did a great improving our country. We want to know if we made the right choice last election.

This can only mean that Rizal wasn't really talking about Tagalog when he made this statement: "He who does not love his own language is worse than an animal and smelly fish." Indeed. Who made the arbitrary directive to make the Tagalog dialect the "National Language" to begin with? Furthermore, why have a "National Language" when Filipinos are already proficient in the global lingua franca of commerce and scientific achievement?

Why are there so many unintelligent people?

Knowledge has nothing to do with intelligence. So studying wont help, as you wont be able to learn. You can teach a bear to ride a bicycle, but it does not mean the bear will know what he is doing or that he will be able to change a flat tire. Why are there so many unintelligent people? Because the poor and uneducated have been breeding like rabbits. Each generation born just a bit dumber than the one before them. Like when you copy a VHS tape and then make a copy of the copy, et cetera. The quality will get worse and worse. A gene pool that has been watered down to the lowest quality. It has actually come to a point now where people not only act, but actually look like retards. I see it all the time in children and young adults. Now, that’s really bad. I’m not saying that all Filipinos are dumb. But most are. Gullible and easily influenced by fairytales a.k.a. religion and other dumb stuff. Crowdsourcing the credibility of the We Are Collective exposé on Leni Robredo

Facebook is the chosen forum of We Are Collective , (WAC) and Facebook is a free space. Let the readers judge for themselves whether or not WAC's information is true. Sass Rogando Sasot and Thinking Pinoy should not have disrupted the flow of WAC's releases, because the only way we readers can judge the quality of the info is if we see everything. Sass is usually on the right track, but this time she's acting like a gatekeeper of the truth, like Maria "take back the internet" Ressa. She shouldn't be saying "I don't want pro-Duterte bloggers to be used" as if she owns them. The other bloggers have the right to decide for themselves. They knew WAC's info still needed to be proven, in fact, they put disclaimers on their posts. Had they not been interrupted, we would know more by now. Facebook is not a court room. You don't get to the truth by presenting witnesses and evidence first. You get to it by firing up the wisdom of the crowds...

Filipinos "nice" but lacking in common sense -- IT business manager

As someone whom invested heavily in the Philippines managing an IT company, I view your assumptions as narrow minded. I’ve given hundreds of Pinoys IQ tests as part of the selection process, the vast majority of these IT graduates ( the cream of the crap ) performed dismally. After two years operating we decided to close up and retain Singaporean Chinese staff and Brazilians. One staff member does the work of approximately 10 Pinoys. The biggest issue was a sheer lack of common sense, they can do black and white but seldom grey. Higher order thinking skills and abstract reasoning skills seemed to me missing, as they would perhaps with someone diagnosed with mild Asperger syndrome.
