Dubbing of foreign TV shows in #Tagalog dumbs down #Filipino viewers

Even the use of Tagalog for dubbing foreign movies and shows seems to serve a "dumbing down" purpose too. It makes sure local watchers are unable to understand properly the concepts on some shows that help people think. Imagine Filipinos understanding The Matrix and what it makes some people do: think.

Tagalog translations tend to be diluted and inaccurate, and further keep the public at large from learning things that would other instill in them as sense of initiative and independence. No wonder the English language is still best for media today.

Day 2: Senate hearing backfires against a rattled Senator Leila de Lima!

Just watched Day 2 of Senate hearing. Tables were turned once again on De Lima, without any effort it seems from the PNP or Duterte's senate allies. This must really be karma at work, or Duterte's magic is really strong. De Lima opened the session by saying she had asked ABS-CBN, Inquirer, and GMA 7 to submit their "kill list" databases and methodology for compiling the lists. However, only GMA 7 submitted. Strange. If those lists were being prepared properly, shouldn't these media groups have their databases and methodology on hand at any time? Or were those lists haphazardly done? Sandra Cam showed up in the middle of the hearing and sat directly behind De Lima. But Cam disappeared after a while, so viewers were not treated to scratching and hair-pulling. A group of women wearing dark glasses, masks, and headscarfs sat in a row on one area–I don't know why De Lima made them dress like jihadist terrorists, but they were her witnesses. BREAKING NEWS! Bongbong Marcos NOT conceding! Fight vs fraud is on!

Contrary to the way Big Yellow Media and International Media have portrayed events of recent days, the reality is BBM is NOT CONCEDING.  I have learned just now in good authority that this is so.  The focus right now is on gathering and documenting evidence and testimonies of electoral fraud.  Much has already been gathered and more are coming.  Please continue to be extra vigilant and engaged as these days are ultra critical while there is not yet a VP proclamation. I also want to take issue with all the news stories that say Senator BBM has lost the election.  This is not objectively true.  If a proper recount is done taking into consideration all issues and instances of fraud, Marcos Jr. is by all accounts and as reported by all third party exit polls, the TRUE WINNER.  These stories on mainstream media are just way too premature and profoundly wrong.  Please do not believe them.  Stay tuned here to know what is really going on in this developing story.
