Hollywood star @BetteMidler calls Duterte a "murderous dictator", but she can't prove it!

According to Hollywood celeb Bette Midler, Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is a "murderous dictator". She says so in a tweet gone viral.



But murder is hard to prove. You need to prove premeditation and produce a smoking gun. As to being a "dictator", well, many would beg to differ - particularly his own critics who are totally free to express their dissent and physically demonstrate this on Manila's streets.

The only thing protesters could be charged for in the Philippines is for their lack of originality and innovation in their "activism".


Facts straight, eyes forward, move along. Nothing to be seen here.

The oh-so-noble journalists are at it again, this time, with Duterte’s Hitler comment. I am no Duterte fanatic. I criticize him more scathingly than anyone when his mouth is out of line. But this time, Duterte really didn’t say anything wrong. The real culprits behind the fuss over his Hitler comment are Karen Lema and Manuel Mogato, two Filipino reporters of the Reuters news agency, who wrote this article: “ Philippines’ Duterte likens himself to Hitler, wants to kill millions of drug addicts ”. Lema and Mogato are Filipinos. There’s no way they could have misunderstood what Duterte really meant in his speech. If anti-Duterte critics could come up with better solutions to the drug proliferation problem, they would have already prevented it from worsening during BS AbNoy’s (and De Lima’s) time.
